 Marnie has been married for 23 years to her most favorite person, Thomas Perri! She has four beautiful children, Kayla 23, Collin 19, Brandon 17 and Nathan 15.  She is a fitness professional and Founder of Roam Products and the Wellness Travel Pak. She invented a new way to carry and dispense vitamins, supplements and medications from her own personal experience with disease and illness. After developing thyroid cancer  in 2001, she acquired a great deal of knowledge during her journey back to wellness, and while she was already working in the fitness industry, her battle to become disease-free led her to a new path in wellness by going back to school to become a Natural Health Practitioner to share what she had learned and to empower others on their own roads to wellness and good health. She stated that while her 8 year challenge to find a chemical/hormonal balance within her body after thyroid cancer is not something she would have wished for herself or her loved ones, it “ended up being a gift that provided me with valuable life lessons, insight and the inspiration to develop a fantastic product that is helping many people to take better care of themselves.” Marnie came out of her experience disease-free, but as a result of having no thyroid, she must take certain medications and supplements to sustain total wellness. While preparing to leave for a trip out of the country, she went looking for a travel bag to hold her medications, vitamins and supplements, but the products she found were either too small or too bulky. So she started designing her own prototype of what eventually became the product that started her Roam Products company: the Wellness Travel Pak™. That first version wasn't pretty, nor perfect, but it was the most organized her pills had ever been while traveling. She soon realized that she must not be the only one encountering this frustration, which motivated her to continue to work on this bag design, and to source components to add to its functionality. After many more prototypes, the Wellness Travel Pak™ was finally ready for market.
